This service is for the same monthly follow-up and medication refill for our Phentermine weight loss medication program, however it adds Topiramate for additional effectiveness. This visit includes sitting down with one of our trained medical clinicians and a short medical assessment to see how you are doing as well as an InBody body composition assessment with clinical breakdown (a $40 value). **For new patients first starting out on Phentermine, an additional one-time $150 fee for a comprehensive physical and medical assessment with an ECG reading will apply.
